🍼 Refund & Return Policy – 023 Baby Wear

At 023 Baby Wear, your little one’s comfort and your satisfaction are our top priorities. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.

📦 Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags and labels must be attached.

  • You must provide the order number or a receipt.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds will be issued via Vodafone Cash / bank transfer / original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or washed clothing

  • Items without original packaging or tags

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Custom-made or personalized items

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Sent in error (wrong size/color)

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving such items to request an exchange.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a reliable courier and sending us a tracking number once shipped.
