We deliver across all cities and governorates in Egypt through trusted courier partners.

⏱️ Delivery Time

  • Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days

  • Other governorates: 2–5 business days

  • During peak seasons or public holidays, slight delays may occur — but we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

💰 Shipping Fees

  • Cairo & Giza: EGP 45–55

  • Other governorates: EGP 50–80

  • Free delivery on orders above EGP 1000

(Fees may vary slightly based on order weight or courier location.)

📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation (or COD confirmation).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation message and tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

📞 Courier Coordination

  • Our courier will contact you before delivery to confirm your availability.

  • If you miss the first attempt, a second delivery will be scheduled. Please make sure your phone number is correct at checkout.

📦 Packaging

All orders are packed with care and hygiene to ensure your baby’s clothes arrive clean, fresh, and in perfect condition.
